The sustainable management of our vineyards is more than just a philosophy; it is the art of cultivating the vineyard with passion and respect for the terroir. We work in harmony with nature so that it provides us with its finest fruits in a relationship of mutual respect.
We combat weeds by releasing sheep into the vineyard, ensuring natural weeding to maintain soil moisture, recycle nutrients, and prevent soil erosion. We promote the composting of pomace to enrich our soils and operate a closed-loop recycling policy. Likewise, with an eye toward the future, we manage water with great care, using drip irrigation with reused water.

La conducción sustentable de nuestros viñedos es más que una filosofía, es el arte de cultivar la viña con pasión y respeto del terroir. Amaestramos la naturaleza para que nos alimente de sus mejores frutos en una relación de respeto mutuo.
Luchamos contra la maleza soltando ovejas en la viña asegurando un desbroce natural para mantener la humedad de los suelos, reciclar los elementos nutritivos y prevenir la erosión del suelo. Promovemos el compostaje de los orujos para enriquecer nuestros suelos y trabajamos en una política de reciclaje en circuito cerrado. Así mismo, enfocados en nuestro futuro, manejamos el agua con alto cuidado con irrigación por goteo con agua de reuso.
